Eureka.

Teaching in Medan since 2005, Eureka now has a site that explains every programme to parents, kept current by its own staff.

THE PROBLEM

Eureka has taught children in Medan since 2005, from playgroup to university preparation, across four branches. The full picture lived in brochures and WhatsApp chats.

A parent comparing tutoring centres couldn’t see every programme, find the nearest branch or read what Eureka’s students had achieved.

WHAT WE BUILT

Every programme, explained for parents.

Nine programmes, from playgroup to the Singapore scholarship track, each get a page: what’s taught, who it suits, how the class runs and what parents ask first.

Every page leads to WhatsApp.

Parents already message Eureka on WhatsApp. The registration form writes the message for them, and the site stores nothing they type.

Illustrations, not stock photos.

Not every programme had a class photo yet, so each got its own illustration in Eureka’s colours.

Their staff run it from a phone.

Eureka’s own staff manage student achievements, testimonials and homepage banners, and can schedule banners ahead.

THE RESULT

Live at eurekabimbel.com since October 2026, in Indonesian and English. On mobile, Google PageSpeed scored it 93, 100, 100 and 100. The Ahrefs site audit went from 30 on its first check to 100, with zero errors.

At handover, Eureka’s staff got a step-by-step guide to the admin. The site is theirs to keep current.
