Intellectual property
Text, code, imagery, and the CleanCode name and logo belong to CleanCode. Client names and logos belong to the respective clients and are shown to identify work we delivered.
Accuracy
We keep the site accurate and current, but it is a portfolio, not a contract. Figures in case studies reflect what the client reported at the time of writing.
Liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from relying on it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
