THE PROBLEM
Optik 150K, an optical chain in Indonesia, ran on Accurate. Three things didn’t fit:
Every prescription, one by one. Each lens comes in every mix of sphere, cylinder, axis and add. After a month, the owner had entered less than 10% of the catalogue.
One set of accounts for the whole business. But each branch has its own shareholders, who want to see that branch’s books.
Every transfer, entered twice. A sale at the hub, a purchase at the store, every day. Staff started at 8 AM and were still matching them at 3 PM.

THE RESULT
The system now runs 10 outlets, up from 3. The hub clears the stores’ orders before lunch, not at 3 PM. New products go into the catalogue the same day.
A one-off project in mid-2024 is now a monthly retainer. We’re their IT team.
