Kyupisi+.
Field operations for palm-oil estates, recorded even with no signal. A harvest entered in the morning is on the owner’s phone by lunch.

THE PROBLEM
Air Kampar Group’s oil-palm estates count each day in worker-days, bunches and loose fruit. Their 2021 system was showing its age, and its numbers stopped at the office door.
Where the signal ended, staff went back to paper. Owners waited for the evening recap.
WHAT WE BUILT
We started in the field, not the office.
An app that never says “no connection”. Supervisors and clerks record harvest, field work and transport anywhere. It syncs when the signal returns.
One set of numbers everywhere. The office, the field app and the dashboards read the same records, so a morning’s harvest is on the owner’s phone by lunch.
Tonnage you can stand behind. Always worked out from bunch counts and each block’s average bunch weight, then locked. A slip reprinted months later still matches.
A slip in the worker’s hand. Printed from the phone, right there in the field.
THE RESULT
Two estate groups use Kyupisi+, each under its own brand. Owners and managers see harvest, worker-days and production per block on their phones instead of waiting for the recap.
Phase two is planned: work plans, materials and cash management.
In the product.
CleanCode helped us move from manual operations to a fully digital system. We can now track every task, cost, and delivery across our team, something we couldn't do before. It gave us the visibility we needed to reduce waste, optimize our budget, and improve harvest outcomes.
Everything that shipped.
