THE PROBLEM
Like most cafés, Coffee Farm used stamp cards. They get lost, forgotten or quietly forged, and never tell you who your regulars are.
The café wanted points customers see straight away and staff add in one scan. The owner wanted a customer list with history.
WHAT WE BUILT
Customers join in under a minute. A WhatsApp code replaces the password. They show a QR at the counter and redeem points for rewards.
Staff give points in one scan. They also set the rewards and the rupiah per point, and see every transaction.
THE RESULT
The stamp cards are gone. Every point, redemption and visit is on record.
The app has been on Google Play since 2024.
